Konstantina was born and raised in Athens. She started dancing from a very young age.

She is mainly a ballet, contemporary and modern dancer with several Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) certificates on imperial classical ballet and modern theatre dance.

Konstantina has participated in numerous contemporary workshops and has several dance performances on her career portfolio. She has also had deep education on several other dance styles, such as Hip Hop, High Heels and Latin dancing, but she prefers to focus and teach her specialty.​​​​
